SAFER Gaming
We want Spinareel to be a fun, thrilling experience where you make sensible decisions based on your circumstances and casino playing style. We provide the tools you need to enjoy these thrills in a safe and secure environment.
Our Safer Gaming Play Tips
You should only play Spinareel’s casino games for fun, and we recommend you regularly re-evaluate your game activity.
Keep it real
Keep it real
It’s easy to lose track of time when you’re having fun. You should never let your playtime with Spinareel interrupt or distract from your normal day-to-day activities.
Play for fun
Play for fun
Online casino games are fun and a form of entertainment, not a way of making money; only play games with money you are prepared to lose.
Set your limits
Set your limits
Before you play, you should set your spending limit and stick to it. Or use our tools to ensure you do. Never chase your losses!
Track your play
Track your play
You should regularly check your online gaming activity levels. We make it easy - activate our activity popup tool to help monitor your time, wins and losses as you play.
Stay clear-headed
Set your Stay clear-headed
Our casino games are best played when you’re at your best. We recommend you only play when you’re clear-headed and relaxed. It’s not advised to play while intoxicated or otherwise distracted.
Know when to stop
Know when to stop
We want our players to have an entertaining experience, so when the fun stops, you should change how you play, take a break, or stop playing altogether.
Safer Gaming Play Tools
Like you, we want to keep gaming safe and fun. So we have a number of innovative and easy-to-use online tools to ensure you play within your own limits.
By keeping you informed of your gaming behaviour and giving you control of how much you spend and how often you play, our tools could help you enjoy a happier, healthier and safer gaming experience.
Age verification at registration
You must be 18 or over to play our casino games. A valid ID, such as a driver’s licence, passport, or other form of acceptable identification, must be provided upon registration. As an added level of security, to protect you, your ID will be verified by a certified verifier.
Deposit limits
We automatically set a maximum deposit of $2000 to limit your spending, but we recommend that all our players set their own using our deposit limit tool. Any increase to your limit will take effect after 3 days. Decreases to your limit will take effect immediately.
Online gaming session limits
It’s easy to lose track of time when you’re having fun - keep track of your playtime and ensure you’re taking regular breaks.
8-hour forced breaks
After 8 consecutive hours, we will politely ask you to take a break and refrain from logging back on for at least 12 hours.
Activity monitoring
Spinareel encourages you to regularly check your spending to give yourself an understanding of the impact your play has on you financially. We provide your deposit levels, your wins, and your losses.
Take a break
Feel like you need a break? It’s easy to activate a short or medium-term break, and we also encourage you to use other ways to support your time out by engaging with external support services or speaking to one of our Customer Care Assistants.
Self-exclude from Spinareel
Are you no longer feeling the fun? It may be time to self-exclude. You can choose how long you need a break, and for the duration, we promise the following;
To return any remaining balance in your account, and if required, verification information will be gathered via email or phone call.
We will not send any Spinareel communications unless you’ve requested information about safer gaming or your Spinareel account details.
Once set, your exclusion period can't be shortened.
However, once the exclusion period ends, you’ll need to talk to one of our Customer Care Assistants to discuss reactivating your account.
